How low will you go?

Fancy getting a fresh water cooler for your organisation at a price you decide?

All you have to do is name your price in whole multiples of ten pence, and the lowest unique bid (for the weekly charge) will win an installed water cooler service for that price.

If your bid is successful we will install the water cooler and maintain it in your organization for three years at the weekly price you set.

And don't worry if you're not lucky first time around as we will be holding an auction once every month so you can bid as many times as you like.

These terms apply to The Dutch Bid for a Water Cooler:

You may bid on the relevant page on this website to acquire from Freshwater Coolers plc ("FWC") the installation, rental and maintenance of one cold-water drinking water cooler for a term of three years. Additional water coolers may be supplied at FWC's standard rates. The water cooler itself will remain the property of FWC. You will be required to sign a three year Coolerplan agreement on FWC's standard terms.

FWC will accept the lowest unique bid expressed in multiples of ten pence. You will then pay this amount (plus VAT) annually in advance for each of the three years.

Only commercial enterprises may participate in the auction and the cooler must be for installation at business premises. If installation is deemed impractical by FWC then the bid will be void and FWC is entitled but not obliged to award the winning bid to the next lowest bid.

If you win then you are not eligible to participate in any future auction by FWC.

By winning you irrevocably authorise FWC to use your name and details in future promotions by FWC.

By participating in the Auction you accept pursuant to the Data Protection Act that FWC may contact you for sales purposes but may not give your name to any third party for such purposes; but you may have your name placed on FWC's suppression list (and thereby not receive any such contact) by expressly telling FWC in writing at any time.
